Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m.
Minutes from February were approved unanimously.
Chief Lamey: Reports 16 traffic stops, 11 ordinance violations, most were parking issues that were resolved easily. There have been several coyote sightings in the neighborhood near Seneca Valley Drive. He reminds residents to avoid them and call his office.
Arborist: Pruning work is almost complete on the “City trees”. This promotes the future health of the trees and aesthetics of the neighborhood.
Treasurer: Bills are paid and within budget.
Engineer: Weather continues to thwart the sidewalk project but should resume soon. Construction reviews are completed on two Meadow Dr. properties, waiting on construction schedules.
Smith: Presented the content for the April Gardens Gazette.
The City has been awarded the grant to update and codify the ordinances. She would like the committee to meet one more time to finalize updates so when the check arrives she can move to submission for legal review.
Perkey: Newsletter should go to publisher this week and mailed soon after.
McGuire: He is looking for neighbors who would like to serve with him on the Arboretum Committee, he asked Board members to spread the word.
EcoTech has resolved most of their customer service response discrepancies.
Kessinger: She has put the deposit down to reserve the tent used for the Gardens Gathering (10/18).
She is continuing to set up vendors for this and other scheduled events.
New Comer packets are being distributed as need arises.
Mayor: The fallen gutter has been repaired at the house on Woodcreek Rd.
