The whole City of Seneca Gardens Code is hosted by American Legal Publishing, which codifies and updates our ordinances. These ordinances help protect safety, preserve neighborhood character, and guide responsible stewardship of our city.

Some projects and property changes require a city permit. Common examples include home additions, exterior alterations, tree removals, driveways, and right-of-way work. If you are unsure whether your project needs a permit, contact the City Clerk before starting work.
